Harold W. Delay, 72, of Hillsboro died Dec. 15, 2016, at his home. Mr. Delay was a retired pastor of Park Hills Family Worship Center and an active member of the Sanctuary Church in Barnhart. He was born May 4, 1944, in Owosso, Mich., the son of the late Andrew and Alma (Owens) Delay.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years: Carol (Rupp) Delay; two children: Micky (Joseph) Michel and Eric Delay; three grandchildren: Jacob and Joshua Minogue and Andrea Delay; four great-grandchildren: Weston, Juliette, Joshua Jr. and Korresa; three siblings: Marshall (Barbara) Delay, Reka Hall and Blanche Sowell; and other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by 10 siblings.
Memorials may be made to Sanctuary Church, 6700 Old Hwy. 21, Barnhart, MO 63012. Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary, Cedar Hill.
