Glennon “Glen” Gail Pullen, 83, Festus

Glennon “Glen” Gail Pullen, 83, of Festus died Sept. 16, 2016, at Fountainbleau Nursing Center in Festus. Mr. Pullen was a glassworker for the former Pittsburg Plate Glass Inc. in Crystal City and a lead worker for the Doe Run Co. in Herculaneum.

Born Jan. 21, 1933, in Crystal City, he was the son of the late Albert and Mary Ellen (DeRousse) Pullen.

He is survived by his wife: Pat (Tucker) Pullen; two daughters: Roxanne (Richard) Collier of Crystal City and Melinda Gail Byers of Fredericktown; two sisters: Gloria Mae (Jack) Masters of Festus and Betty Lou Kemper of Festus; one brother: Cletus (the late Judy) Pullen of Festus; and two grandchildren: Cheryl Murdock and Robert Higginbotham. He was preceded in death by one sister: Elaine Portell; and two brothers: Alfred Pullen and Roman Pullen.

Visitation is from 4-7 p.m. today, Sept. 19, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus. Burial will be in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
