Glenda Marie Fadler, 85, of Festus died Aug. 13, 2022, in Arnold. Mrs. Fadler enjoyed camping, playing cards, circle word books, embroidery, baking, crossword puzzles and spending time cooking for her family. Born Oct. 12, 1936, in Patton, she was the daughter of the late Lilly (Probst) and Pearl A. Marshall. She was preceded in death by her husband: Delbert Lindell Fadler.
She is survived by two children: Rowdy (Brenda) Fadler of Arnold and Debbie Dayton of Festus; five grandchildren: Matthew (Sara) LaBrayere, Mark LaBrayere, Krystal (Greg Patterson) Weaver, Michael Fadler and Colby Dayton; and six great-grandchildren: Carson LaBrayere, Ava LaBrayere, Sophia LaBrayere, Gianna LaBrayere, Binnington LaBrayere and Lamar Patterson.
She was preceded in death by a son: Rodney Dean Fadler; a brother: Lloyd (Ethel survives) Marshall; a son-in-law: James Edward Dayton; and a great-grandson: Charles “Scooter” Scott.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 17, at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City. Memorials may be made to Mercy Jefferson Hospice. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
