Gary O. Kopp, 64, of Arnold died April 14, 2017, in De Soto. Mr. Kopp worked in plant maintenance. Born July 29, 1952, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Orville and Melba (Gilstrap) Kopp.
He is survived by his wife: Constance (Whittington) Kopp; two sons: Joshua Kopp of Virginia and Benjamin Kopp of De Soto; a daughter: Laura Kopp of Pevely; a brother: Roger (Mary Ann) Kopp of Springfield; and two grandchildren: Tristen and Aiden; with another, Grayson, on the way.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Floyd and David Kopp.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 19, at St. John Catholic Church, 4614 Blue Springs Road, in Shady Valley. Burial will be in Park Lawn Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or St. John’s Capital Campaign. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis South County Chapel.
