Gary Leon Beshears, 82, of Festus died March 1, 2019, at Riverview at the Park Nursing Center in Ste. Genevieve. Mr. Beshears was a forklift driver for an industrial company. He enjoyed bowling, fishing, watching sports and spending time with his family. Born April 4, 1936, in Herrin, Ill., he was the son of the late Glen and Anna (Clark) Beshears.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years: “Ginger” Genevieve (Edwards) Beshears of Festus; one son: Gary Beshears of Imperial; one sister: Glenda Weaver of Eureka; one nephew: Kenneth Weaver of Eureka; one grandson: Shawn M. Beshears; and four great-grandchildren: Nathan, Ella, Chloey and Camron.
He was preceded in death by one sister: Sharon Liticker.
