Fern Siemens, 96, of Cedar Hill, died June 15, 2017, in Cedar Hill. Mrs. Siemens was the owner of Siemens Printing. Born Nov. 26, 1920, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late William “Herb” and Minnie (Oventrop) Kreuter.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Raymond P. Siemens.
She is survived by two daughters: Penny (Sonny) Wattle of Cedar Hill and Robin (Dieter) Strathmann of Imperial; nine grandchildren: Rhonda (Brian) Bennett, Kenny (Sonia) Strathmann, Wade (Christy) Strathmann, Dieter (Jennifer) Strathmann, Heidi (Ben) Yadao, Suzie (David) Snider, Sam (Jennifer) Wattle, Josh Wattle and Mike (Alicia) Wattle; 27 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by one granddaughter: Cindy Wattle Strode.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until the funeral at 2 p.m. on Saturday, June 17, at Hoffmeister South County Chapel, 1515 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County, with Sonny Wattle and Wade Strathmann officiating. Burial will be at Valhalla Cemetery in St. Louis. Arrangements are under the direction of Hoffmeister South County Chapel.
