Eve Clarice (Davis) Fletcher, 73, of Hillsboro
Eve Clarice (Davis) Fletcher, 73, of Hillsboro died April 12, 2026, at the St. Louis de Greeff Hospice House in south St. Louis County. Mrs. Fletcher was a drafter for 50 years and worked for many companies and individuals throughout her career. She partially retired, continuing to work from home. She cared for her husband, family and friends, whom she made feel important and loved. She was happiest spending time around the house with her cats. Born July 2, 1952, in Kansas City, Mo., she was the daughter of Chester B. Davis and the late Sue Ann Davis.
She is survived by her husband, James D. Fletcher; four siblings: Ellen C. (Carl) Backus, Elaine C. (James) McDonald, Kathleen R. (Greg) Lee and Matthew H. Davis; four stepchildren: Nick (Emily), Zack, Logan and Benjamin Fletcher; four nieces: Molly McDonald and Ruth, Anna and Emma Lee; and many other friends and family members.
Internment services will be private.
