Erma Kay Hoffman, 81, Festus

Erma Kay Hoffman, 81, of Festus died March 6, 2023, at her home. She loved spending time with her family. She also enjoyed sitting on the front porch with her home health care worker, Nancy. She loved butterflies and flowers, too. Born May 6, 1941, in Festus, she was the daughter of the late Ada Ruth (McKee) and Herman George Hoffman.

She is survived by a daughter: Heidi (Randy) Landers of Festus; a grandson: RJ Landers; two sisters: Loretta (Michael) Schultz of Horine and Judy (the late Paul) Carron of Florida; a special niece: Lisa LaRose; and several other nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister: Wanda (the late Larry) LaRose.

Visitation will be from noon until a funeral service at 2 p.m. on Friday, March 10, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus, with Pastor Terry Crank officiating. Burial will be in Hematite Methodist Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
