Elmer Floyd Cain, 83, of Festus died June 16, at Scenic Nursing Center in Herculaneum. Mr. Cain retired as an installer with AT&T. He was a Korean War veteran of the U.S. Army. Born Dec. 19, 1934, in Oklahoma, he was the son of the late Edrie and Floyd Cain. He was preceded in death by his wife: Lois J. (Adolph) Cain.
He is survived by a son: Monty (Comfort) Cain of Arlington, Texas; and a grandson: Eli Cain.
Funeral services and burial were private. Arrangements were under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
