Dorothy M. Waugh, 86, of Arnold died June 11, 2018. Mrs. Waugh was a head cook for the Fox C-6 School District for 30 years. Born June 12, 1931, in Elvins, she was the daughter of the late Claude and Verna (Neal) Kinnard. She was preceded in death by her husband: Lester Lee Waugh.
She is survived by two sons: Russell L. (Sallie) Waugh and Paul L. Waugh; one sister: Mattie Brewer; six grandchildren: Keith (Daisy) R. Waugh, Rebecca M. Waugh, Leslie Waugh, Christopher Waugh, Russell A. Waugh and Jeanette Waugh; and six great-grandchildren: Noah Tiihonen, Alicia Waugh, Ashley Waugh, Daniel Waugh, Tommy Waugh and Marley Waugh.
She also was preceded in death by one son: Alan (Mary) Waugh; two sisters: Lorine Lahay and Wanda Hall; and four brothers: Claude Kinnard Jr., Raymond Kinnard, Roy Kinnard and John Kinnard.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 13, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold. Funeral services will be from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. Thursday, June 14, at the funeral home, followed by a committal service from 12:45-1 p.m. at the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Burial will follow at the cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Arrangements were under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home.
