Donald J. “Joe” Skaggs, 77, of Arnold died Jan. 2, 2021. Born March 13, 1943, in Fredericktown, he was the son of the late Clifford and Juanita (Denton) Skaggs.
He is survived by his wife: Linda R. Skaggs; two children: Scott (Tonya) Skaggs and Brandie (Joe) Anthony; seven grandchildren: Chelsea Skaggs, Scott Skaggs II, Jacob Skaggs, Brooke Skaggs, Taylor Skaggs, Joey Anthony, Abbey Anthony; and a great-grandchild: Marlie Matt.
He was preceded in death by a son: Donald W. Skaggs.
There will be no services at this time. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home in Arnold.
