Diann Kay DeClue, 66, of De Soto died July 1, 2015, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. DeClue was the county director of the Missouri Division of Family Services. Born Oct. 23, 1948, in Sedalia, she was the daughter of Doris (Spellmeyer) Ray of Arnold and the late George Ray.

She is survived by her husband: Joseph Bernard DeClue; two children: Nickie (Chris) Kopp of Barnhart and Stacy (Dr. Brett) Dickenson of Farmington; five stepchildren: Lisa (John) Smith of Jefferson City, Scott DeClue, Candice DeClue of Victoria, Crystal (Dale) Martin of south St. Louis County and Dylan DeClue of Fenton; six grandchildren: Caroline, Parker and Mallory Dickinson, Madison and Mason Johnson and Georgia Kopp; four stepgrandchildren: Fallon, Samantha, Jessica and Natalie; and a stepgreat-grandchild: Casey.

She was preceded in death by a daughter: Tracy Smith.

Funeral services were held July 3 at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, officiated by the Rev. Gene Moses. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
