Diane Kay (Daniels) Holmer, 63, of Cedar Hill died Sept. 13, 2021. Mrs. Holmer was raised in St. Louis County and graduated from South County Tech in 1976. She was a member of the Lutheran Church. Born Dec. 27, 1957, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Paul and Norma (Voertman) Daniels.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years: Craig C. Holmer of Cedar Hill; three daughters: Karrie (Todd) Faulkner, Kristi Bilger and Karley (Michael) Schwalje, all of Hillsboro; six grandchildren: Dylan, Mathew, Reese, Lily, Lennon and Kailynn; a great-granddaughter: Carter; a twin sister: Donna (Lew) Evans of Columbus, Neb.; and numerous other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Michael Daniels; and a sister: Debbie Jovanovic.
A memorial gathering is scheduled from 3-7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 29, at Robert D. Brown Funeral Home, 103 Fourth St., in Hillsboro. Burial is in the Peaceful Meadows Cemetery in Hillsboro. Memorials may be made to the family or the American Heart Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home.
