Della M. Keller, 85, Hillsboro

Della M. Keller, 85, of Hillsboro died July 19, 2022, in Festus. Mrs. Keller was a factory worker for H & R Electronics before she retired. She enjoyed going to Goose Creek Lake, four-wheeling, poker runs, gun smoke and spending time with friends and family. Born June 10, 1937, in Cadet, she was the daughter of the late Gertrude M. Pollite and Melvin A. Portell.

She is survived by her husband of 40 years: Donald Keller of Hillsboro; four sons: Joseph Richardson of Barnhart, Edward (Bobbie) Richardson of Desloge, Donald (Laurie) Keller of Pevely and Eddie (Val) Keller of De Soto; three daughters: Peggy (Freddy) Lunsford of French Village, Lisa (Shawn) Bequette of Arnold and Cathy (Fred) Hoskins of Pevely; two sisters: Cathy (Bud) Gammon of Las Vegas, Nev., and Elizabeth Coleman of Old Mines; 25 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter: Marsha Keller; four brothers: Sherman, Jim, Rowe and Vince Portell; and two sisters: Marcia Wheeler and Cindy Wehner.

Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, July 22, at the Mahn Funeral Home Chapel, 900 N. Main St., in De Soto. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 23, at the funeral home, with Father Anderson officiating. Burial will follow in the Peaceful Ridge Cemetery in De Soto. Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation of Missouri. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home.
