Debbie Fay Scaggs, 67, of De Soto died Dec. 18, 2022, at her home. Mrs. Scaggs was born Jan. 7, 1955, in Festus, the daughter of the late Lucindy (Schanz) and Clifford Govro.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years: John Scaggs of De Soto; a daughter: Angie (Michael) Ritch of De Soto; and three siblings: Betty (Ronnie) Bollinger of De Soto, Ruth (Steve) Ash of Festus and Jimmy (Robin) Govro of Festus. She was preceded in death by three sisters: Louise Jeffries, Judy (Gene survives of Festus) Markotay and Tammy (the late Stan) Worley.
Memorial visitation was held Dec. 21 at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus. Arrangements were under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
