David L. ‘Gar’ Garcia, 70, of Imperial died Feb. 10, 2023. Mr. Garcia was an electrical designer for Monsanto. Born March 13, 1952, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Louis and Rhoda (Schoults) Garcia.
He is survived by three children: Caroline Garcia-Belt of House Springs, Christina (Danny) Inman of Blackwell and Nicholas (Laura) Garcia of Arnold; six grandchildren: Alexis Milton, Nolan Belt, Lucas Inman, Justin Belt, Jaxon Garcia and Scarlett Garcia; two siblings-in-law: Cecilia (Jay) Schaffner and Tom (Tammy) Lopez; and many other relatives and friends..
Memorial visitation is scheduled from 1 p.m. until a memorial service at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
