Cynthia “Cindy” Fitzgerald, 55, of Dittmer, formerly of Festus, died May 28, 2015, at her home. Mrs. Fitzgerald was a homemaker. She enjoyed reading, traveling, animals and going to estate sales. Born Jan. 16, 1960, in Crystal City, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Jean (Cross) Harmon. She was preceded in death by her husband: Harold F. Fitzgerald Sr.
She is survived by a brother: Don Harmon of De Soto; and three sisters: Judy (Vern) Hamilton of Bonne Terre, Linda (Jim) Lewis of Dittmer and Julie (Harley) Hudley of De Soto.
She was preceded in death by four brothers: Kenny Harmon, Ron Harmon, Dave Harmon and Dennis Harmon; and a sister: Jo Ann Harmon.
A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, June 4, at Concord Cemetery in Bloomsdale. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto.
