Connie L. Coleman, 74, of De Soto died Sept. 30, 2020, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Ms. Coleman was a certified nurse’s aide. Born May 16, 1946, in De Soto, she was the daughter of Helen I. (Kimbrel) Coleman of De Soto and the late Homer Coleman.
She is survived by three siblings: Rolla Paul (Bobette) Coleman, Michael Coleman and Robert Coleman, all of De Soto; six nephews: Michael Coleman Jr., Charlie (Trish) Coleman, Paul Coleman, Mark Coleman, Steve (Jamie) Coleman and Eric Coleman; nine great-nieces and nephews; and seven great-great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation is at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 3, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto, officiated by Danny Shelton. Burial is in the Oakland Baptist Cemetery in Mammoth. Memorials may be made to the American Kidney Foundation, 1001 Craig Road, Suite 480, St. Louis, 63146. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
