Clara B. Cash, 84, of Crystal City died Aug. 28, 2016, at her home. Mrs. Cash was a bus driver for the Hillsboro R-3 School District. She was a member of VFW Post 1831 Auxiliary and Mississippi River Eagles 4341 Ladies Auxiliary and enjoyed dancing and singing karaoke. Born May 25, 1932, in Flat River, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Myrtle (Jenkins) Culton. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ivan W. Cash.
She is survived by two children: Wilma (the late Tom) Young of Crystal City and James E. Cash of De Soto; four sisters: Barbara (Ernie) Cook of Bonne Terre, Janet Layne of Desloge, Brenda Sue (Jim) Bloom of Bonne Terre and Mary Elizabeth (Raymond) Stotler of Bonne Terre; a sister-in-law: Madonna Culton of Desloge; a brother-in-law: Artie Glen (Marilyn) Holman of Bonne Terre; and three grandchildren: Trevor Cash, Cole Cash and Timberlee Wisdom.
She was preceded in death by a son: Ivan L. Cash; two brothers: Frank Culton and Norman Culton; a sister: Doris Plummer; two brothers-in-law: Charles Plummer and Michael Layne; and a sister-in-law: Ruth Ann Culton.
Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
