Charles Wittram Booth Jr., 65, of Festus died June 30, 2017, at his home. Mr. Booth was a retired service mechanic for Yellow Freight Lines in St. Louis. He was a member of Ketha Heights Baptist Church in Festus. Born May 9, 1952, in Bonne Terre, he was the son of Alice Marie (Cage) Booth of Festus and the late Charles W. Booth Sr.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter: Yolanda Kay (Matt) Olinger of Festus; and numerous cousins.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Thursday, July 6, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main, in Festus. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, July 7, at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. Randy Casey. Burial is in the Hillsboro Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
