Billie Lou Meadows Hall, 75, of House Springs died June 23, 2017. Mrs. Hall was retired from Murphy Elementary at the Northwest R-1 School District. She was also a member of the Episcopal Church of the Advent in Crestwood. Born in 1942, in Greenwood, Miss., she was the daughter of Effie Burchfield and William J. Meadows. She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 50 years: Jack W. Hall Jr., whom she met when both were students at Delta State University
She is survived by two daughters: Mary Crew (Donald) Schuster and Melissa Elizabeth (Jeff) Hyatt; three grandchildren: Maxwell Evan Hyatt, Morgan Elizabeth Hyatt and Matthew Schuster; a brother: Jim J. (Flo) Meadows of Lafayette, La.; and a sister-in-law: Katherine Hall Fowler of Jackson, Miss.
A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at Episcopal Church of the Advent, 9373 Garber Road, in St. Louis County. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
