Beverly Kay Luebbers, 80, of Arnold died July 14, 2019, in St. Louis. Mrs. Luebbers was a Jehovah’s Witness and was self-employed in the antiquities business. Born Oct. 1, 1938, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late William and Dortha (Stogsdill) Meier. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years: Robert Luebbers.
She is survived by a son: Gary (Elizabeth) Luebbers of Arnold; and two sisters: Darlene Masterson of Affton and Karen (Bill) Meier of De Soto.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Theresa Zimbelmann.
A private family graveside service will be held July 26 at Mount Hope Cemetery in St. Louis County, officiated by Scott Masterson. Memorials may be made to Open Door Animal Sanctuary, 6065 Duda Road, House Springs, 63051. Arrangements are under the direction of Hoffmeister Funeral Home in south St. Louis County.
