Betty Lou Carrow, 77, of Festus died Nov. 23, 2013, at her home. Mrs. Carrow was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Kabus Carrow.
Funeral services were private. Memorials may be made to a veteran’s organization of the donor’s choice. Arrangements were under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
