Audrey Jean (O’Shea) Stevens, 85, of De Soto died Feb. 16, 2022, at her home. Mrs. Stevens had been a factory worker with White Rogers and was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in De Soto. She enjoyed reading and watching "The Voice" and "America’s Got Talent" on television. She was born July 23, 1936, in Tiff, the daughter of the late Mary Emma (Boyer) and Sydney O’Shea. She was preceded in death by her husband: Waymon Stevens.
She is survived by a daughter: Donna Crady of De Soto; a stepson: Brian Stevens of Bonne Terre; a stepdaughter: Debbie Shepherd of St. Louis; four sisters: Mary Lou Huskey of De Soto, Odette Boning of St. Louis, Ernestine Emily of De Soto and Laverne Kane of St. Louis; four grandchildren: Tyler, Sarah, Lauren and Jacob; five great-grandchildren: Aiden, Alexis, Grace, Charlie and Colt; and numerous other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by five brothers: Leroy O'Shea, Charles O'Shea, Larry O'Shea, Howard O'Shea and Gary Marks; and a sister: Marsella Levall.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 9, in the Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto, officiated by Deacon Ed Boyer. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto.
