Easter weekend is upon us, and that means that the annual tradition of sending your children out to look for Easter eggs is coming to an end.
But not before Saturday, the peak season for ground-bound Easter eggs in the Leader’s coverage area.
Most hunts encourage doting parents to bring along cameras for shots of their hunters, and many host an appearance by the Easter Bunny.
Here’s a list of the public Easter egg hunts and other related activities the Leader has received for the weekend. Many churches also will set out eggs for children to find during their Easter services on Sunday as well.
