The Syberg’s Family of Restaurants business group plans to open another restaurant in the city of Arnold.
The group will open Twisted Tavern and Burger at 3606 W. Outer Road, where a Ruby Tuesday restaurant once operated in the city.
Tracy Stamper, marketing director for the restaurant group, said the group hopes to open the restaurant soon, but there is no set date for the opening. She said construction and remodeling work has begun at the building.
On Oct. 15, Arnold City Council members voted 7-0 to approve a liquor license for the new restaurant. Ward 1 Councilman Jason Fulbright was not at the meeting.
The Syberg’s Family of Restaurants operates seven Syberg’s restaurants in the greater St. Louis area, including a location at 249 Arnold Crossroads Center in Arnold. The group also operates Helen Fitzgerald’s Irish Grill and Pub and the Twisted Tree Steakhouse, both in St. Louis County.
