The Spotlight Community Theatre-Jeffco group’s first-ever production scheduled for tonight, May 19, will go on, but it will be moved indoors due to stormy weather predictions.
The Acting Troupe Showcase, three half-hour one-act comedy plays, will now be held at 6 p.m. inside Festus Middle School, 1717 Main St. The production originally was scheduled for the outdoor stage at Sunset Park in Festus.
Different troupes from the community theater group will perform “10 Ways to Survive the Zombie Apocalypse,” “All the Bases” and “Bad Auditions by Bad Actors.”
The event is free and open to the public.
