The Festus High School class of 2014 held its commencement ceremony May 22 at the school’s athletic stadium. Antonia Schatte was the class valedictorian and Alyssa Nelson was the salutatorian. The following class members earned scholarships and honors for college:

Zachary Addison, summa cum laude, son of Matthew and Peggy Addison, will attend Missouri University of Science and Technology and received a Bright Flight Scholarship, both the Miner Alumni Scholarship and the Trustees Scholarship to Missouri University of Science and Technology and the Maurice O. Lucas Family Scholarship.
