A 2017 Polaris Ranger utility vehicle and a 2012 Honda Rancher all-terrain vehicle were stolen from an Ameren substation south of De Soto, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported.
The incident occurred between 7 p.m. Aug. 29 and 8 a.m. Aug. 30 in the 2000 block of Boyd Branch Road.
According to the report, the victims discovered the vehicles missing from the open lot when they arrived for work. The value of the vehicles is $17,500.
On Sept. 12, Sgt. Matthew Moore said the vehicles had not been recovered and there had been no arrests.
