Arnold Police are investigating a recent theft from a vehicle parked at Arnold City Park on Bradley Beach Road. The theft was reported just before 2 p.m. Sept. 4, after someone broke a window to get inside the vehicle and stole a purse, a report said.
The purse contained debit cards and identification. Damage to the window was estimated at $600, but there was no value of the purse and its contents provided, Detective Lt. James Jones said.
As of Sept. 29, the stolen items had not been recovered, and there were no suspects or arrests, Jones said. He urges anyone with information about the theft to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
