Crystal City Police recovered 7 pounds of hydroponic marijuana, three guns and $4,000 in cash in a raid May 6 at a house in the 200 block of Broadway.
A 20-year-old man who lives at the home was arrested.
Capt. Mike Pruneau said the house had been under investigation by Crystal City Police and agents from the federal Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
Pruneau said the marijuana was prepared for sale in 1-pound packages which he estimated to have a street value of $3,000 each. Officers also recovered ecstasy and heroin.
The guns that were seized included a high-powered rifle, a shotgun and a handgun, Pruneau said.
The 20-year-old was released pending application for warrants. Two other men at the house, ages 32 and 28 and both Crystal City residents, were not arrested but remain under investigation, Pruneau said.
Two days later, on May 8, Crystal City Police conducted a search of an apartment on Missouri Avenue and recovered $1,800 and a pound and a half of hydroponic marijuana.
An 18-year-old Crystal City man was arrested and later released pending application for warrants.
