Arnold Police are investigating the theft of three saws from an Arnold construction company’s trucks. The two demolition saws and a chain saw together were valued at $1,920, police reported.
Surveillance footage showed a flat-bed truck drive to the back of Perkins Contracting Co., 3126 Cliff Drive, at about 3:20 a.m. Jan. 18. Then it appeared someone cut the fence that secured the lot and got inside the trucks and stole the tools. The damage to the fence was estimated at $275, the report said.
As of Jan. 26, none of the stolen saws had been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, Detective Lt. Jason Valentine said. He asks anyone with information about the incident to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
