Arnold Police are trying to identify three men who reportedly were seen in surveillance video using stolen credit cards at Walmart, 2201 Michigan Ave. The men allegedly charged a total of $5,614.32 on the two cards, which belonged to a 45-year-old Byrnes Mill woman and a 41-year-old St. Louis woman, authorities reported.

The two women told St. Louis County Police the cards were in their purses when they were stolen Jan. 15 at Suson Park, 6073 Wells Road, in south St. Louis County, the report said.

The St. Louis woman said $3,184.68 was charged to her credit cards on Jan. 15 at the Arnold Walmart. The Byrnes Mill woman said $2,429.64 was charged to her cards on Jan. 16 at the Arnold Walmart, according to the report.

The three suspects bought additional items on Jan. 15 and Jan. 16 at the store, and it is not known if they used stolen credit cards or stolen money to make those purchases. One man purchased additional items totaling $4,339. The other man bought items worth $764, and a third man purchased items totaling $509, Arnold Police reported.

Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said Arnold Police have a description of one of the suspects, but as of Jan. 27, he had not been identified.

Christopher said if anyone believes their credit card was fraudulently used at the Arnold Walmart on either Jan. 15 or Jan. 16, they should call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
