An SUV recently was stolen from the commuter lot at highways CC and 110 in the De Soto area, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports.
A blue 2001 Chevrolet Blazer, valued at about $10,000, was stolen between 6:30 p.m. June 28 and 9:49 a.m. June 29, the report said.
The victim told deputies he had parked the SUV on the lot and when he returned, it was missing.
He said the doors had been locked and no keys were left inside, according to the report.
As of Tuesday (July 2), the SUV had not been recovered and no arrests had been made, said Capt. Ralph Brown of the Sheriff’s Office.
