Arnold Police arrested a 47-year-old St. Louis man for allegedly knocking over a man’s motorcycle parked at the Tenbrook Station Lounge, 2946 Fannie Drive. The suspect also allegedly stole a motorcycle helmet, a report said.
Sometime before midnight on Jan. 21, the St. Louis man reportedly had an altercation with the victim at the Tenbrook Station Lounge, and before the suspect left the establishment, he allegedly knocked over the victim’s bike and stole a helmet that belonged to the victim’s wife. The damage to the bike was estimated at $4,000, and the helmet was valued at $150, according to the report.
A short time later, the victim reportedly spotted the suspect’s vehicle, with the stolen helmet sitting on the front seat, at Dylan’s Sports Bar & Grill, 675 Jeffco Blvd. Arnold Police were called to the scene and took the man into custody, the report said.
The man was booked and released pending application for warrants. Arnold Police will seek felony charges against the man through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for property damage and stealing, Detective Lt. James Jones said.
