Arnold Police arrested a 55-year-old St. Louis man at about 10:10 p.m. March 20 for suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
It was his seventh offense, Arnold Police Capt. Robert Ruckman said.
An officer reportedly spotted the man driving at Jeffco Boulevard and Tenbrook Road with expired license plates and stopped him near the Arnold Crossroads complex, Ruckman said.
The man reportedly refused to take a breath test.
In addition to being arrested for an alleged DWI, he was arrested for allegedly driving with a revoked license, Arnold Police reported.
The man allegedly had 10 prior offenses for driving while revoked, Ruckman said.
The suspect was booked and then released pending the application for warrants, the report said.
Arnold Police will seek charges through the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Ruckman said.
