The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is trying to find a House Springs man and woman, both 40, in connection with the theft of an SUV from outside a home in the 5900 block of Roger Road in House Springs. The theft occurred between 6:30 a.m. and 7 a.m. Sept. 27, the Sheriff’s Office reported.
The victim told deputies the gray 2013 Nissan Pathfinder was outside her home at 6:30 a.m., but a half hour later, it was gone. The woman also said she misplaced the key fob to the SUV on Sept. 26, the report said.
The SUV was valued at $20,000, according to the report.
As of Monday (Oct. 19), the suspects had not been located, and the Pathfinder was still missing, Sheriff’s Office spokesman Grant Bissell said.
