The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a reported break-in and burglary of a Fenton home July 14. The victim estimates the incident occurred between 11 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. at a residence in the 300 block of Shangri-La Estates Drive.
The responding deputy reported that a rear bedroom window had been forced, damaging the window.
Items listed as stolen include an Alpine stereo receiver, two Kindle Fire computer tablets, a book, various coins, a Fossil watch, several checks and a Social Security card. The estimated value of the stolen property is $960.
No arrests had been made and the investigation was continuing on July 28, a Sheriff’s Office spokesman said.
