The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a burglary at a home in the 100 block of Woodside Drive in the Arnold area, where items valued at $4,465 were stolen. The burglary happened June 13, the Sheriff’s Office reported.
The victim said she locked all her doors at her home before leaving at 9:15 a.m. but found the front and rear doors open when she returned at 6 p.m. However, there were no signs of forced entry, the report said.
Stolen items included approximately $1,350 in cash, two laptop computers, charging cords, a charging block and cordless headphones, according to the report.
Sheriff’s Office spokesman Grant Bissell said July 10 that none of the stolen items had been recovered and no arrests had been made. He asks anyone with information to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
