A trailer valued at about $3,500 was stolen from a worksite in the Winding Bluffs Valley subdivision in unincorporated Fenton. About $5,500 worth of equipment also was stolen, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Lee Roofing and Siding of Ellisville own the trailer and equipment, and company employees told deputies the red 2020 utility trailer was stolen between about 3:30 p.m. July 2 and 6:30 a.m. July 6. The trailer had scaffolding equipment and ladders on it, the report said.
As of July 19, neither the trailer nor the equipment had been recovered, and no suspects had been identified, spokesman Grant Bissell said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call the Sheriff’s Office at 636-797-5515.
