porta potty

A porta-potty similar to this one at an Imperial construction site recently was damaged by fireworks.

Fireworks were used to damage a portable toilet at a construction site on Frisco Hollow Drive in Imperial, the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office reports.

The porta-potty had been rented by the property owner for a construction crew to use while working on the site in the residential area, Capt. Ron Arnhart of the Sheriff’s Office said.

The damage occurred between midnight and 6 a.m. July 1, when someone “heavily damaged” the porta-potty with fireworks.

It cannot be repaired, but will have to be replaced, according to the report.

As of today (July 6), there were no suspects or arrests, Arnhart said.

He asks anyone with information about the incident to call the Sheriff’s Office tip line at 636-797-5515.
