Arnold Police are seeking charges against a 36-year-old Patton man accused of assaulting his girlfriend and breaking her teeth. The incident happened around 10:15 p.m. March 1 at the WoodSpring Suites hotel, 888 Arnold Commons, the report said.
The victim told police that she and the suspect were at the hotel, along with two children, and while they were arguing, she didn’t want to listen anymore and was using her cell phone and ear buds to listen to music, Lt. Brian Carroll said.
The man allegedly became angrier, grabbed the cell phone and threw it, damaging it. Then, he allegedly struck his girlfriend in the jaw with his fist, “breaking her two remaining teeth,” the report said.
The man fled before officers arrived, so Arnold Police listed the man as wanted. He has been contacted by phone, but as of Thursday (March 16), he had not turned himself in or been taken into custody, Carroll said.
He said Arnold Police are seeking charges against him for domestic assault and property damage.
