Arnold Police are investigating a recent theft from a vehicle parked outside the Smugala’s Pizza Pub, 3787 Vogel Road. The break-in and theft occurred between 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Sept. 7, a report said.
Someone shattered the front passenger window to get inside the vehicle and stole a bag that contained various personal items. The damage to the window was estimated at $500 and the bag and items inside it were valued at $20, according to the report.
As of Sept. 28, the stolen items had not been recovered, and there were no suspects or arrests, Detective Lt. James Jones said. He asks anyone with information about the theft to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
