Eureka Police are seeking a driver who allegedly hit and damaged a mailbox, and then drove off. At 10:29 p.m. Sept. 3, Eureka Police were called to the 600 block of Meramec View Drive after receiving a report about the incident.
The damage to the mailbox was estimated at $300. Police did not have a suspect or description of the vehicle as of Sept. 15, Lt. David Wilson said. Anyone with information is asked to call Eureka Police at 636-938-6600.
