Pevely Police are investigating the theft of a pickup in the 8000 block of Valley Creek Parkway in Pevely. The pickup was left unlocked with the key fob inside, Capt. Larry Miller said.
The incident occurred Dec. 26, he said.
“The victim, a 45-year-old Pevely resident, last saw the truck about 2 a.m.,” Miller said. “He discovered it missing at 9:30 a.m. and called it in at 9:50 a.m. It’s a black 2013 Dodge Ram.”
Miller said the vehicle was valued at $10,000.
As of Dec. 30, the pickup had not been recovered, and there were no suspects, Miller said. Anyone with information is asked to call Pevely Police at 636-475-4498.
