Arnold Police arrested a 41-year-old man believed to be homeless for reportedly kicking a car after hitting it with the bicycle he was riding near the 7-Eleven convenience store, 3695 W. Outer Road. The man allegedly damaged a rear panel on the car when he kicked it, Arnold Police reported.
A 26-year-old Barnhart woman told police that on July 18 she was turning to enter the convenience store’s parking lot when the front tire of the bicycle the man was riding hit the 2012 Honda Fit the woman was driving. The woman said after she parked the car, the man allegedly kicked the rear quarter panel, the report said.
Police found the man in the parking lot and arrested him. He was taken to the Police Station, where he was booked and released, according to the report.
Arnold Police issued the man a summons to appear in Arnold Municipal Court for alleged property damage, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
