A 40-year-old Arnold man was arrested after he allegedly trespassed on one of his neighbor’s properties and yelled threats. An officer also allegedly found the man with illegal drugs, Arnold Police reported.

A woman who lives in the 1100 block of Moonlight Drive called Arnold Police at about 3:30 p.m. Oct. 17 because the man reportedly was standing on her lawn and yelling threats at her. Officers had received complaints about the man’s behavior in the neighborhood before, the report said.

When officers arrived at the woman’s home, they found the man on her home and arrested him. The officers allegedly found a white powdery substance believed to be an illegal drug in the man’s pocket, according to the report.

He was taken to the Police Station, where he was booked and released pending application for charges. Depending on results of the drug analysis, Arnold Police will seek charges against the man through the Jefferson County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office for possession of a controlled substance, disturbing the peace and second-degree trespassing, Detective Lt. Jeremy Christopher said.
