Ethen Earl Hills, 40, of Fenton allegedly attacked a 60-year-old man who he had been living with at an Arnold home. The man had told Hills to leave the home that the two had been living in together for less than a week, according to court documents.
On Nov. 23, Hills was charged with third-degree assault, a class E felony punishable by up to four years in jail. He was arrested Dec. 1, and as of Dec. 4, he was being held on $15,000 bond at the Jefferson County Jail in Hillsboro, court records said.
Hills allegedly started punching the man in the face after being told he had to leave. The alleged victim’s nose was broken, according to the case’s probable-cause statement.
