Eureka Police are investigating the theft of $900 worth of lawn equipment that was stolen from a pickup outside Schnucks, 245 E. Fifth St., Capt. David Wilson said.
The equipment was taken between 11:10 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. Jan. 3 from the back of a 2010 Toyota Tundra, which was driven by a 42-year-old Pacific man, police reported.
A RedMax backpack leaf blower, valued and $500, and a Husqvarna chainsaw, valued at $400, was taken, according to the report.
As of Jan. 17, there were no suspects and none of the equipment had been recovered, Wilson said.
