Arnold Police are investigating a recent theft of a wallet and an iPhone from a locker at the Arnold Recreation Center, 1695 Missouri State Road. The culprit apparently stole the victim’s car keys out of the locker and used the keys to open the car and steal his wallet and cell phone, which had been left inside the car, the report said.
The wallet contained credit cards and about $150 in cash. In all, the stolen items were valued at $450, according to the report.
The theft happened Sept. 12, and as of Oct. 19, the stolen items had not been recovered, and there were no suspects or arrests, Detective Lt. James Jones said. Anyone with information about the theft is asked to call Arnold Police at 636-296-3204.
